What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and improve your experience.
Cookies We Use
Sound Drip uses the following browser storage and third-party services:
- First-party cookies: Sound Drip does not set first-party cookies during ordinary browsing. Optional Firebase sign-in keeps its session in browser storage, not cookies.
- Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics measure aggregate traffic and product-funnel events without analytics cookies. Our portfolio retailer-click tracker counts recognized outbound retailer clicks without setting cookies. Custom events exclude email addresses and search text.
- Local storage and authentication: The newsletter form may store your email locally to prefill later visits. If you use the optional watchlist, Firebase Authentication uses browser storage to maintain sign-in state.
- Affiliate Cookies: When you click an affiliate link (e.g., to Amazon), the merchant may set cookies to track the referral and credit any qualifying purchase. These are governed by the merchant’s own cookie policy.
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by third-party retailers and marketplaces when you click their links. We do not control these cookies. Check each provider’s privacy policy for details.
Managing Your Preferences
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block third-party cookies, delete existing cookies, or set preferences for specific sites. Note that blocking cookies may affect site functionality.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a new last-updated date.
